Bryan Ehrlich, President
Bryan is a native of Florida with over 19-years of sales origination experience. As a Top Originating Producer, having been awarded the President’s Club/Champion’s Club achievements for many consecutive years, Bryan knows first hand how hard you work to build and maintain your business. After years of commitment to and delivering huge profits to large mortgage corporations, Bryan decided it was time to compensate those who really deserved it the most, the loan officer. Bryan founded Innovative Mortgage Services, Inc. on the principal of generously compensating our loan officers for their hard work and effort. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of South Florida. Bryan is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker and Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent. |
INNOVATIVE'S PHILOSOPHY
Integrity – Be honest and forthright with your clients and colleagues. Loan Fraud is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Innovative maintains a ZERO Tolerance Fraud Policy. Be creative in your efforts, but always maintain your integrity.
Knowledge – If you don’t know something, advise your client that you will look into it. Then learn about the question and become an expert on the answer.
Service – Return calls immediately, keep your promises, and show up on time or ahead of schedule. You are better off returning a call to a client sooner, rather than later. If you don’t have time to speak with them now, advise them that you will call them back later when your schedule is open. Have faith in your clients, they will wait for you if you communicate proper expectations.
Professionalism – The Code of Ethics of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) is a guide for our everyday business dealings. The Codes can be found in the Appendix of this operations manual. Florida laws are clear on our responsibilities and obligations to our clients. Florida Statutes 494 outline the State rules and requirements of Mortgage Brokers and Loan Originators. All Loan Associates and Loan Originators shall obey State law and abide by professional Code of Ethics.
Responsibility – Repeat and referral business is the lifeblood of what we do. Satisfied clients will refer and return with their business. Loan Associates/Originators must be accountable to and avoid damaging their clients. Responsibility is intricately tied to Integrity. If you make a promise, keep it and deliver on it.
Attitude – Have confidence in your ability to successfully originate and close loans. Confidence is the greatest motivator to action.
