That's why we offer our Originators three avenues under which to originate loans: Lender Paid, Borrower Paid, and Warehouse Lending. Originators can choose any of these options to best fit their borrower's needs. That's also why we maintain relationships with over thirty five lenders to whom you can broker loans.
